Phase 3 – Pre-Opening Sales

 
It is during this time we will work on developing your membership base before you open. It is imperative to develop as many memberships as possible during this period which starts 6 months before you open to 3 months afterward.

Develop and execute pre-sales marketing program.

Phase 4 – Day to Day, Ongoing Operations & Management Support
